We wish to notify that, On account of presentation of Union Budget on Saturday, February 1, 2020, all Exchanges have announced special live trading session. The market timings shall be as under:

We anticipate that Markets will be volatile on budget day and as such we would like to update you some proactive measures that taken to control the volatility risk on the budget day.

1. MIS product, intraday leverage will be reduced to 5 times for Equity Segment.
2. MIS product, intraday leverage on across Futures Segment [Equity Derivatives and Commodity Derivatives] will be revised to 5 times whereas it will be set to 1 times for Buying across Options Segment [Equity Derivatives and Commodity Derivatives].
3. Cover order (CO) and Bracket Order (BO) will not be available for trading during the budget session  and shall reset the margin requirements to normal as soon as the volatility subsides.
4. MIS Position will get square-off as usual for Equity and Equity Derivatives Segment whereas it will get square-off at 4.40 PM for Commodity Derivatives Segment.

Further to state that this risk action will continue for two days that is, on Saturday, February 1, 2020 and on Monday, February 3, 2020. Request you to maintain adequate margin to take care of the increased volatility during the budget trading hours and also on the following days.

Pay-in / Payout of Multiple settlements are scheduled on Tuesday 4, February 2020 for the Trade Date’s of 31, January 2020 and 1, February 2020. Further all the traders are requested to note that the Shares bought on Friday 31-January 2020 cannot be sold on Saturday 1, February 2020.
