The company’s products range is divided into flexible and rigid packaging. It is engaged in the business of manufacturing a range of plastic bottle caps and closures such as plastic soda bottle caps, plastic soft drink bottle caps, plastic mineral water bottle caps, and plastic juice bottle caps. It further manufactures embossed, debossed, and printed closures as per customers’ specifications. The firm also engages in the trading of plastic granules such as Polypropylene Granule, High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Granules, Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) Granules.
Cool Caps Industries is also into manufacturing N95 Face Masks from its unit situated in Howrah, West Bengal to help the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is also involved in the manufacturing of shrink films through its subsidiary Purv Ecoplast Pvt Ltd. and trading of plastic granules to provide one-stop packaging solutions to its customers. Cool Caps Industries factories are spread across Kolkata, West Bengal and Kotdwar, Uttarakhand. It has installed 4 Windsor machines with approximately 250 tons of monthly LDPE capacity. Cool Caps has multiple Società Anonima Cooperativa Meccanici Imola (SACMI) machines producing high quality caps with an automated process and high quality norms.
