USD is now at 74.32. USDINR opened at 74.31. Expect 74.15-74.50 range for the day. Focus is on Fed Chairman’s speech at a symposium later this week. USDINR fwd premia has climbed to 4.20% for 1 year. 10 Year G-SEC Yield has mildly softened to 6.14% as RBI is doing a buy/sell (operation twist) in G-SEC to contain long term yield.
